- Linking Incident Reports
To link two Incident Reports to one another, the user must first obtain the relevant Incident Report reference numbers. Once these reference numbers are obtained, open the primary Incident Report, in which the other report will be linked to, in Edit mode. Navigate to the Linked Reports section within this report, and select the Add button. Incident Report → Linked

- Adding Personnel to Resources within an Incident Report
After creating an incident report, the user may need to add ground or aerial resources to the report. The system also allows for the recording of personnel and teams associated with these resources. In edit mode on an incident report, navigate to either the Ground Units & Personnel in Attendance or the Aerial Units & Personnel in Attendance section of the report
- Skip Mandatory Fields
In the event that an incident report is missing specific information or an error message indicates that certain fields are required in order for the report to move to the next workflow state, the Skip Mandatory Fields feature allows users to bypass these fields which will allow the report to transition to the next workflow state. - Adding & Managing Checklists
The system allows users to add and manage organisational Checklists, which is a crucial step to ensure preparedness, efficient response, and effective recovery with regards to incident management. To view existing checklists, navigate to the View Checklists option within the Checklists module. This will present a page that displays a list of Checklist categories

- Automatic Dispatch Aviation & Cameras
The Aviation and Cameras tabs provide users with information on the distance and bearings of airfields and camera sites from the incident location. Airfields are calculated in nautical miles and cameras are calculated in kilometres. Cameras are only presented in this list if they are within fifteen kilometres of the incident location. The Associated Tasks & Reminders section, that can be found within various incident report types, allows for the addition of tasks and reminders on an incident report, and the assignment of a person responsible for completing the task.
